Jonathan is great! As a Safety Manager hired to bring a company into compliance and "fix the issues", it can be a nerve racking experience. With Jonathan's help, it has been an exciting experience. He took the time to review our DQF files, D&A files, and has performed mock audits related to FMCSA and OSHA to make sure we are compliant. We also invited Jonathan to present at a safety meeting, where he went over OSHA and the CSA with our drivers. At the end of the meeting, our drivers were coming up and telling him "great presentation!" Now that says something when you get a compliment of that caliber. We always want our drivers to know they are important, but their actions can make or break a company, and Jonathan presented the message to perfection.
